Hochsztein & Harrison-Jolly, P.A. is a civil practice firm established in 1995 by its two partners, the husband and wife team of Fred Hochsztein and Emily Harrison-Jolly. Its law offices are located in downtown Hollywood, Florida, convenient to 1-95 and US 1.

Fred Hochsztein is a graduate of University of Miami Law School and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983. Emily Harrison-Jolly is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992. They married in 1985 and have been law partners since 2001.
